At Leon Aesthetics, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, items such as socks, underwear, or final sale/discounted items are not eligible for return.
     

Exchanges

  • Size & Style Exchanges: If the fit isn’t right, you may request an exchange for a different size or color (subject to stock availability).

  • Process: Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship out your replacement.
     

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
     

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Leon Aesthetics will cover the return shipping and send a replacement free of charge.
     

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at info@leonaesthetics.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. You’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
     

Important Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

  • Returns that don’t meet our conditions may not be accepted.
