Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, items such as socks, underwear, or final sale/discounted items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges

Size & Style Exchanges: If the fit isn’t right, you may request an exchange for a different size or color (subject to stock availability).

Process: Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship out your replacement.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Leon Aesthetics will cover the return shipping and send a replacement free of charge.
